    SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

    WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

    For hygiene reasons, we regret that we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on soaps and goods that have been opened. In the case of an allergic reaction, please take a photo and contact us immediately for more information. In such case, the product must be returned within 3 days of purchase. We are happy to accept unopened, unused products for an exchange or store credit (Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since the day you’ve received the item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange)

    DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

    Unfortunately not yet!

    As we are a small business, international deliveries can get quite expensive. Please allow us some time to find the best rates. For any questions please contact us.

    DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

    Yes! On all orders above €75

    WHAT IS THE SHIPPING TIME?

    Delivery usually takes about 2-4 business days after your order is processed.

     

    The bicycle courier collects the packages from us daily and they strive to deliver all packages in the Netherlands within 24 hours. They deliver the packages from Tuesday to Friday between 6:00 PM and 10:00 PM. In case you’re not at home, they will deliver the package at your neighbours. If that’s not possible, they will try to deliver max. 3 times before the package makes its way back to us.

    HOW DO YOU SHIP 'ZERO WASTE'?

    We have a strict plastic-free shipping policy. We ship everything 100% plastic-free in a box with paper wrapping and paper tape.

    HOW SUSTAINABLE IS YOUR PACKAGING?

    ALL of our packaging comes in reusable glass bottles/jar. Our lip balm comes in kraft paper, push-up, 100% biodegradable tubes which are a great eco friendly alternative to tubes made from petroleum based plastics. Kraft paperboard is renewable, biodegradable, and recyclable.

     

    Our gift sets comes in wooden/bamboo trays or seagrass baskets which are reusable and handy. Our gift cards are made of paper with a recyclable kraft envelope. The dried herbs we use as gift wrapping decor, can be used in teas or as home decor.

     

    We are also talking about the subject with our suppliers so that they can package our items with less plastic

    HOW ABOUT DELIVERY?

    All of our orders will be shipped with Fietskoeriers, which is the most sustainable shipping option available in the Netherlands. The bicycle courier collects the packages from us daily and they strive to deliver all packages in the Netherlands within 24 hours.

     

    The bicycle couriers deliver the packages from Tuesday to Friday between 6:00 PM and 10:00 PM. If you are not at home when the delivery person comes to your door, they will always try to deliver your package to your neighbours. After three failed delivery attempts your package is returned to us. On Saturday, the packages are delivered by DHL, in collaboration with Fietskoeriers.nl.

    ARE YOUR PRODUCTS ORGANIC?

    Unfortunately not 100% yet. We are transitioning to 100% organic, but we are now at 30%. We are searching for suppliers that can provide a fair price and work ethics that matches our own.
